SWEET HEART - They are very similar to Bings, usually a little larger in size and with a heart shape. Bright red color both skin and the flesh inside. Mild and sweet in flavor with a crisp texture, juicy and delicious to eat.
BING - This is a very firm cherry, juicy, with a shiny skin and a deep or blackish red colour. The flesh is white, around the stone, and is a bit crunchy and crisp.
